Some inconsiderate guests apparently think they can just fill up their big coolers and empty the ice machine and leave other guests without any access to hotel ice for their rooms in the evening. 「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「We were in Milwaukee to attend a wedding being held at the Boerner Botanical Gardens. The venue was just a few minutes away. There were also many restaurants within minutes to the hotel. The woman who checked us in was friendly and told us many good restaurants in the area. She was extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. We would definitely return if we come back to the Milwaukee area. 」

「It was fine for what I needed it to be! My room was clean but not thoroughly cleaned. Found many stray hairs in my bed even though they were supposed to be new sheets. Bathroom and surrounding areas in the room were clean. I had a few gnats flying around in my room that I wasn’t sure how they were there. Breakfast was fine but nothing fancy. For a 3 star hotel you could say it is what you would expect!」
