「They charge you $50.00 usd of deposit per day, was staying for 5 days so $250.00 deposit doesnt make sense. They didnt clean room everyday and breakfast is horrible, other than that okay..」

「Bathroom counter top wasn’t the cleanest and the light in there quit working on our second night. Hair dryer plug in was split on it and didn’t work. Bed was ok. Check in person was nice and the check out person seemed annoyed to help and take down my issues with the room. Would not recommend staying here. No coffee/breakfast. Price was expensive for what we got.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「This is a Courtyard converting to a Country Inn and Suites. There was some construction while we were there, but it didn't really hinder us from doing anything or cause a disturbance. We did have plastic over our window, but that should be done with soon. The breakfast was good, there were cookies in the afternoon.」

「What I didn’t like was there was no cleaning staff or maintenance in the evenings. No plungers, was told to just a leave a toilet over flowing. Sheets had make up on them from previous guests. Had to switch rooms and phone in new room didn’t work. Iffy WiFi on third floor. There was a guy not in uniform not informing they worked there just asking us what room we had after switching our room when getting to the third floor. That in itself was weird and unfriendly. 「I stayed at the Knickerbocker for two nights in July. My room was clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. It was close to downtown and my son's apartment, so the location was ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great hotel. And the restaurant is super!」
