「Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip.」

「总的来说酒店还是不错的。非常好的是室内就有温泉，公共温泉区域人很少。此外酒店非常有底蕴，看着就知道格调非常好。设施相对比较老一些，也是在预料之中。位置的好搭乘 Bus 可以轻松到达，坐登山火车 10 mins 之内可以到达。如果第二天到箱根车站坐车记得预留时间。」
