「When I first got to the hotel to check in, the lady that checked us in was very rude. We got the room and our floor where the air-conditioner was located was completely soaked and wet. The room had a molded smell to it and we always check around the bed and the mattress was really stained and dirty looking. I went back to the front desk to notify staff of the issue and was told there was nothing they could do, but offer a fan for the room. They stated all rooms were full and we were out of luck....

「This was our 2nd time staying at the Comfort Inn in Milledgeville. The lobby is nicely remodeled and clean. We were greated and the person at the desk went out of his way to find us an early check-in room. The room is very basic. Really in need of updating and maintenance. Floors are scared and ready to be replaced. Wall have bad patch jobs and need trim repair and fresh paint. Room was clean with a very strong bleach scent. Our TV had been broken by the previous people but the staff was quick...

「Room was clean, we had an issue with the a/c making a loud buzzing sound and the front desk staff was super helpful and immediately moved us to a new room. The pool was closed, however it was not listed as an amenity when making the reservation so we hadn’t expected it anyway but my kids were super disappointed after seeing it. Overall it was decent for the price. Clean rooms and complementary breakfast」
