「The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.」

「Lots of little things that could have been fixed inexpensively, like a broken toilet seat, frayed shower curtain, broken toilet paper holder. The room was okay, and the property was busy, but mostly quiet. I did have a heard time finding parking, because of trailers parked on site. I had to use a towel as a rug, because the floor was sticky, probably from mopping. The price was one of the lowest in the area, but I won't stay there again.」

「Buen lugar, muy accesible, tranquilo」

「Un muy buen gimnasio, comparándolo con otros hoteles」

「The staff was extraordinary! They are super friendly and helpful! There was a nice breakfast everyday and cookies every afternoon. But there was a definite unpleasant order, (much like a sewer had backed up and never got thoroughly cleaned out) in the hallway. Overall, it's a decent place, convenient to the freeway and centrally located. The rooms are...

「Hotel viejo ,poco sucio」

「Nice place, if you Walter to go shopping to Mercedes and plaza malla this hotel is in betwen」

「Tenía muchos años de no venir a McAllen; me sorprendió el hotel, no existía en mi refiero un hotel de esta categoría en estas condiciones. Un factor para regresar sin duda」

「Clean and well priced hotel」

「Muy sabroso el desayuno. Buena insonorización. Cama y cuarto en general, muy Agusto. Mini Refri funcional. Pegado al Olive Garden y a un HEB.」

「Front desk attendant placed us on 2nd floor without informing us elevator was broken, otherwise we would’ve requested a different floor. Once on the 2nd level the only way you could use the elevator to get back down would be to call the front desk and let them know you needed the elevator. Multiple times after calling and requesting assistance you’d have to wait very long wait times or hope you’d get lucky and someone would just happen to be on the elevator going up or down. Once in the room,...
