「Great amenities for family with small children」

「If you are just looking for a clean place to sleep, this will do. Several issues inside the room that I did not like. Shower drain was bot clean or fast enough, my son almost fell back because the water was soapy… the water draining properly could of helped avoid that. The pillows had a clean pillowcase however it would be nice if they had a protective pillowcase because the pillows are stained. I reserved the room for 3 adults and the room has two small/medium towels and a tiny tube of shampoo...

「Lots of little things that could have been fixed inexpensively, like a broken toilet seat, frayed shower curtain, broken toilet paper holder. The room was okay, and the property was busy, but mostly quiet. I did have a heard time finding parking, because of trailers parked on site. I had to use a towel as a rug, because the floor was sticky, probably from mopping. The price was one of the lowest in the area, but I won't stay there again.」

「This was horrible I do not recommend they deserve 0 stars. I arrived couldn’t check it not that day nor the whole Weekend was there any type of communication to help. So I had to pay more to find a place to stay since it was last minute it was difficult to find something available. 」

「Difficult to communicate with host, good stay, location great for UTRGV students.」

「The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.」

「Close to Walmart and fast food, very convenient. 」

「The rooms were clean. The directions were easy to follow. I didn’t need to contact the host because everything was emailed to me. Food places were in walking distance. Overall a great experience. 」
