"I booked three rooms through Expedia. At check-in, the very rude staff refused to accept the $100 security deposit from me. They insisted that the payment had to come from each individual guest. My 60 year old sister in-law doesn't like using credit cards, and the staff reacted with great arrogance, insisting that she had to make the payment herself. A horrible and regrettable situation.
