The carpet is old and dirty and the bathroom floor was also in need of an update. The shower had low pressure and the tub and walls gave the impression that they hadn’t been cleaned in a while."

"The staff was very helpful. I was there on business, so didn’t use water park or other amenities. Many families, all seemed to be enjoying their stay. It was quite loud, lots of running, but staff texted quiet hours and did what they could to minimize noise in the evening. Great for family vacation, I probably wouldn’t book again when traveling for business. The exterior entrance could be better maintained."
