「Was forced to book a room at hotel after our area on June 15, 2026 was hit with flooding. Thankfully the road to my home was opened after staying at hotel for about two hours. I spoke to the manager including today June 29 about a refund. I was told I have to pay for the full amount for the room even though there were extenuating circumstances. I’ll never stay here again suggest others avoid them.」
