"One night stay for a turn and burn flight. No one at the front desk initially. Elevator down, so only first floor available. Was placed in the back by the exit door, so a lot of unwanted traffic and noise when trying to sleep. "

Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room.
