Royal Scot Hotel & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

"First time in 10 years of enjoying the Royal Scot, the hot tub wasn't pristine. It wasn't gross but it wasn't as clean as usual. Maybe this is a change relating to new ownership? We'll give it another try next time so hopefully that detail can get back to it's usual great level. As always, we enjoyed the older style because of the lower prices that allows. Don't spend much on expensive renovations -- It's great as-is!"

"This hotel was excellent from beginning to end. From the first gal who found us a room early as our flight arrived in the morning, to the maid who promptly delivered extra amenities, to the driver's Jag and Reid who drop you off wherever you need to go, to the friendly staff in the restaurant who serve delicious food. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and helpful, I couldn't help but think with pride what a wonderful group of people to represent and emit what Canadians truly are about to anyone who visits. Definitely will be back!!"

"The rooms at the Hotel Rialto were clean, comfortable and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit Victoria."
Huntingdon Hotel and Suites

"We had an early flight and breakfast was included. The last day we left early and they wouldn’t give us a takeaway breakfast!! So since our flight was delayed they gave us a hard time to open 5 mins early for us to eat. After many conversations and frustration they let us go in!!! Honestly that ruined our whole trip with this hotel. Not flexible and not accommodating!!"

"The room was very clean, nice beds and it was quiet at night. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful! The breakfast buffet was nice. The location was amazing! I would stay here again."
