"We decided to spoil ourselves in Victoria and booked a standard bedroom. The site contacted us and offered us a gold package. Essentially it’s an all inclusive experience minus free alcohol. Well worth every penny. First off the staff are incredible. Took the time to get to know us and greeted us as such. The hotel is gorgeous inside and out. Room is just a room. Nice smelling soap and a view of the inner harbour, but honestly just like any other hotel room. But… the gold package gave us access to a members only balcony, amazing light b fast, lunch and snacks including desserts. The supper items were more like tapas but wonderful. Had 2 glasses of beautiful wine suggested by a knowledgeable staff. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and a great way to unwind from the day. Best experience in a very long time and look forward to returning. Special thanks to the Gold staff for going above and beyond to make this occasion memorable."
