「Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response.」

「Grounds was very unkept. The hallway looked like a college party had gone on. Associate was folding clean towels in common table in the lobby. Breakfast food was prepackaged, not fresh made. There was still sand in bathroom and shower was dirty. AC was not easily adjustable. One positive was that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again.」

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

「We stayed two nights with our family and enjoyed our entire stay. The hot breakfast is delicious and there is a great variety. The arcade is walking distance less than a 5 min walk. The beach is too far to walk with younger kids. The only downside was the AC was very noisy.」

「Careful as they will over charge you and refuse to talk. Credit card company back charged them」

「The room had leaks in the ceiling and mold was growing. When it rained, water came in through the entrance door. One of the stove burners did not work. There was damage to the walls and an actual hole in wall that was not repaired. Had trouble getting clean towels for our room daily. Water leaking down the inside the wall was a hazard because it was leaking into the light switch receptacle. The only thing decent in the room was the beds.」
