「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「I am extremely disappointed!!! I paid over $600 for this room for it not to be cleaned and no other rooms to change too!! Not to mention no one even came to clean our the next day we stayed 2 nights there was brown stuff on the bathroom walls and hair everywhere the bath tub was nasty and the fridge was frozen up.... Honestly have so many compliments from over charging what they said they were going to charge to not cleaning I am very disappointed you expect a lot more out of something you spend...

「Just stayed on the top floor with a king bed. Beach access is the best in North Redington, the new tiki bar is absolutely beautiful. Stunning views we ate breakfast every day we were there and the food was delicious. It’s our favorite place to stay when head over to the Gulf.」

「The hotel was nice however there were children running around and staff did not tell them to not run and pool was dirty and messy. Room was nice just smelled musty and walls looked like they needed a nice touch up!」
