「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Casino and game room were good amenities. The breakfast was good too. Overall a good stay for an affordable price. Facilities could use an update, specially the bathrooms. 」

「This beautiful historical hotel was a gem of a find. It’s in the center of Mayaguez and Danny as the front desk man is so knowledgeable, engaging and pleasant ! He deserves a pay raise. The hotel is comfortable, efficient, modern in the right ways while keeping its historic qualities. There are plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options from the cathedral to theater to some of the best seafood of our trip at Gonzalez’ And the price is right. Only thing missing is a pool but...

「Habitación limpia y bonita. La ducha tenía la manguera rota al nivel de que el chorro de agua llegaba a las areas del baño que no son para mojarse. Traté de utilizar el cabezal de lluvia pero era muy irregular lo que dificultaba lavarse el pelo. Así que tuve que utilizar el chorro que salía por la manguera roto. Pude bañarme bien pero se me llenaba de agua todo el piso del baño.」

「Las facilidad no es lo que muestran en las fotos. Esta totalmente deteriorado. Baños con moho, habitación con olor furte a humedad, no hay agua caliente, picina sucias, fuente sucia, maquna de hielo no funciona. Mi estadia era por 4 dias y solome pude quedar una noche por que no aguantamos el mal olor. Y no devuelven el dinero.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! To start: the place itself wasn’t very clean and there were stains on the couch and bed linens. The bed is much too firm as well (unless you like that sort of thing). It’s very apparent that this place was furnished not with comfort, but cheapness in mind. And by far the worst part was the plenty of mosquitos that were inside. I did not leave any doors open and checked all the windows (all closed), yet somehow there were still multiple mosquitos in the apartment. I barely slept...
