Always a great stay. But the lady at the front desk at night is not very friendly or welcoming. But it’s always a comfortable stay when I stay here I love this place and location.

initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both.

Awesome stay at the Chariot Inn. They didn’t serve breakfast because of the scamdemic but they served up a warming and welcoming smile every time I interacted with the hosts. I really appreciated their friendly service.

This was a great stay... private little garage, clean newly remodeled room and only a 15 min walk to Universal Studios tram. Check in was a little slow and no breakfast close by. Also, no room darkening shades... shutters let quite a bit of light in. Closed gate at night for security.

Comfortable bed -very clean and very pleasant helpful staff

The room was a little worn, however was clean and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at checkin and checkout.

Very friendly staff, went above and beyond. Very happy with my stay!

This was a great stay for Universal Studios. We really enjoyed everything being so close!

Rooms are huge with kitchen, big living room, balcony, washer, dryer, huge bathroom, close to many places to eat like IHOP near by.

This hotel is budget friendly, close to universal (about a 13 minute drive), and is updated and clearly maintained well. The staff were very helpful and friendly and quick to respond when we needed more towels. Parking is very easy and behind the hotel so it feels somewhat safer, we had no issues with anything happening to our car. Would definitely stay again!

Another lovely stay at the Villa Brasil. Clean room, free parking, friendly owners, delicious restaurant. Only note is to bring hair conditioner!

Everything was good about my stay .

Muy bien 👌

Pleasantly surprised with this little hotel. Very clean, quiet, and spacious for a great rate. Beds are a little firm for my taste, but that'd be my only complaint.

Very close to Universal, Free parking, Friendly staff. Would recommend it if you are staying with family and need a budget-friendly, clean, and safe place to stay.

This is a hidden gem just minutes away from the Venice beach with free parking and spacious and clean room! Owner Tom super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Very close to all the surf schools.

Easy check in and great location for my trip.

You will be so happy, staying at the Paradise Inn. They have everything you need, clean rooms, the best staff, plenty of towels, sitting area, comfortable beds, and a large Television. What more can you ask for.
