「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...

「The location is just a few minutes' walk from the rail station, which means I didn't even need the shuttle service with my luggages. There was a clear view of Matterhorn, and I'm sure that most rooms have that too. Welcomed by the staff with a good drink and was led to the lift. The room was clean and tidy, with most things in place. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of choices. Enjoyed the stay overall. 」
