Unobstructed view of the Matterhorn from our balcony, and bed! Room was small but was fine. Breakfast was nice in a lovely cozy dining room. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was excellent.

The room is beautiful, big and cozy, with nice view. Love the bathroom so much as it has a window at the ceiling. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the decor at the breakfast place. I would like to revisit again. It would be great if there is laundry service.

I loved this hotel! The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful - it felt as though I was part of a family! And the location is right by a bus stop, which saves a lot on taxi fares, though it’s a very short walk to all the activity. And I had an amazing view of the Matterhorn and overlooked the river and the picturesque original houses.

We spent three nights at Hotel Restaurant Le Mazot Zermatt and really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable with huge balcony where we could view the golden top of Matterhorn. A sweet and cozy spot to relax after exploring Matterhorn!

We had a wonderful stay here. Hotel is close to everything. Check in instruction was clear and we had no problem self check in. Our room was wonderful, big and with private bathroom. We’ve been to 5 cities and had 5 hotels, so far, Le Mazot was the best! We were able to check in early, room was ready. We were notified a few days earlier about our room, code at front door, etc. The best was breakfast was included with the room. Variety of choices, staff was great! Highly recommended when you’re in Zermatt!

Highly recommend. Very friendly staff, spacious and clean room. We loved the bathroom with a large roof window. Nice view of the mountains and the river. Easily accessible from the station and various dining and shopping options. The only negative is no lift, this we had to carry up the stairs a heavy suitcase. We were lucky that our room was only one level up and near the stairs. We enjoyed dinner and music at the restaurant. Will definitely return.
