I can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony of my room. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Location is good, only 10 minutes away from the station. 」
「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...
"Before check-out, I'm really satisfied with whole 2-day journey in Zermatt (even the tv has some problem at 1st night). Perfect view of Matterhorn.
When check-in, reception show me a paper which indicating that half-board is included. But we still need to pay the dinner at 2nd night within the daily menu. Unimaginable！
