"My wife, Denise, and I loved the drive from Louisville (we were in the area for the Kentucky Derby (150th) to Salem, IN. The country roads were surrounded by natural beauty, rolling hills, and well-groomed ranches and farms. The Destination is better than the images show on their website. "Nice hotel with nice clean spacious rooms. Mildly disappointed in the check-in process. Signs on the door directed to an office across the street at another hotel that they no longer have an office in. The room wasn’t stocked with spare blankets either. Even with those two minor issues, the hotel was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Great location and reasonable prices. "

"I drove around for an hour waiting for a parking space to become available close to the hotel. There was no one on site at 7 pm when I arrived, and my code for the outside door would not work. Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all."
