「For older crowd, we were 24 and 25 and had a good time but it’s not lively and it’s very quiet and relaxing. No pool had more than 5 people at a time if any.」

「Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.」

「The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.」

「Some equipment is old」

「The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.」

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...
