"I stay at Hyatt Regency often but this was my first at Galleria in HTx and it did not support. Open lobby area with bar and cafe, pool and fitness center. You can order food + drinks by the pool. The room is spacious and upon entering I could smell a slight bleach scent; this is typically a good indicator that the room has been cleaned properly. There were no issues with hair, stains or anything. Housekeeping will greet you in the hallways and they seem to be happy and pleasant. The front desk staff and bartenders are warm and welcoming. Parking is plenty but the parking fees can add up."

"Alma who made the food and cleaned was a very good worker and friendly. Her scrambled eggs were delicious. Overall a great economical hotel, clean and convenient. The staff at the check-in counter could have been friendlier/happier but no big complaints."
