"Room was perfectly clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. The courtesy shuttle to the airport only takes 5-10 minutes."

"This was a last minute book! It was important to find a place that had an airport shuttle, however at around 5pm-ish was told the shuttle would not be available for pick up until after 7pm. As a result another hotel shuttle driver was nice to drop me off. The television in my room also didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to trouble shoot the problem. This is good enough for a one night emergency stay, wouldn’t stay here any longer than that. "

"Staff friendly and competent. No special attention needed this visit. Will stay there again if overnighting near Hobby airport. "

"Shuttle to hotel and back to airport was easy and nice. When we got to the room i had to flush the toilet because it hadnt been flushed. And i then used wipes to disinfect because of that. There was something i had to wipe off the chair. But the rest of the room seemed clean but i disinfected surfaces just in case because of how the toilet was left. Staff was plesant during checkin was helpful to get shuttle back to airport. Breakfast was typical cold continental breakfast but was adequate. "

"The room reeked of marijuana. Like someone had just been in there smoking. I can’t stand the smell but I also had my daughter with me. There was also still urine on the toilet seat. The lady at the front desk did give us another room. It was the room above it. Better ish. I could still smell the weed but not nearly as bad and the room was clean. The turn table in the microwave did not turn (not a deal breaker there). I would NOT stay there again and we were only there 5 hours. You could NOT pay me to stay there again. "

"Airport shuttle didn’t come for about a half hour after we landed. I had to call hotel to send it and that took about 15 minutes. "

"The airport shuttle was very convenient, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the workout room had plenty of machines and free weights. This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to be close to Houston Hobby."
