「Room was as very clean」

「The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but no dish soap for the sink or dishwasher. Parking was safe and easy to get from back to the hotel room. However, getting to the parking ramp from the hotel was terrible. Even though it's only a block, it's a big hill to walk up.」

「Beds were extremely comfortable and soft and clean. Great little bar and restaurant inside. Several firepits outside. Nice little boardwalk along the water. Beautiful sunrises.」

「Super cute boutique look, loved the black out blinds…slept til 9 thinking it was 6! Very nice Nespresso coffee machine. My only small suggestion for room 10 is more hooks for towels and coats, and maybe a makeup mirror/light (bathroom is a bit dark to apply makeup).」

「Clean and quick check in process. Parking was conveniently located. Great location close to canal. Don’t eat breakfast upstairs terrible service. It’s scan QR code and order. Waitress only one was very stressed and talking about other customers. I waited 35 minutes for my coffee and water glass. My husband waited 60 minutes for food. 」

「Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay.」
