「The location and employees are absolutely nice! They also provide great dinning suggestions for either fine dining or casual dining.」

「If you need storage space, this is not the place. Because there is no closet. If you need a desk, there is none. If you need bathroom counter space, it is so tiny.」

You have to either pay hourly across the street or go up a block down an alley to park for $10 (you can enter and leave as often as you want during the 24-hour period.) 「Generally all was good but the hotel has been around awhile and some structural help is needed. Carpet was old and a bit worn but looked vacuumed and clean. Door into the hotel from upper parking area was a bit inconvenient due to steps to get to the door and 6 steps to get up to entry floor. Even with the contempory rolling luggage you still have to lug it up the steps. The main enrance was a bit odd. It's in an alley and the check in desk is way off to the right. 「Stayed here while my daughter gave birth. It was an easy walk to the birthing center. The pool was small but heated to a nice temperature, perfect for taking my 3 year old grand daughter swimming.」

「There are tradeoffs when you stay in a renovated historical place. The room was unique and the historical references were a nice touch. Bed was the latex type mattress and a great sleep for me. Room windows faced a side street so I thought it was pretty quiet for an active part of town (nice location).」

「Location is perfect for watching the ships come through the lift bridge! Rooms are immaculate and well taken care of. Everything you could want is available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely glad we stayed here!」

「Caulking in shower was terrible. Needed to be pulled out in redone dirt and rust all over. Drain in sink kept clogging up. They came four times. It was still clogged the morning we left. We were there for five days. All staff appeared to be very nice, but the property needs better maintenance.」
