「Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations.」

About 20 minutes before check in we got an email to say suite we booked was unavailable due to “construction issues” and were being moved to a different hotel with no options given. Upon complaining, we asked if we could stay in a smaller room at the Foxberry until our room was ready, which they agreed to.
