「The staff are really nice!」

「Easy access to conservation areas and National Seashore great! The motel is old and needs work. Door with screen into little patio did not close. Microwave was OK. Hot water dispenser didn't work. King bed was comfortable. Interior paint job needs retouching. Plenty of hot water. Heating/AC way too loud.」

「I didn't go to breakfast. I put something from a restaurant in the fridge, but didn't realize it hadn't been turned on. They may have just opened for the season -- the room was musty. What I REALLY didn't like was even though I kept the 'do not disturb' sign up, someone opened my door every day. At least they weren't hiding it, as they tucked the sign in such a way that it was obvious that they had done this. Maybe they were checking - every day -- to make sure I wasn't dead? 」

「Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. 」

「We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.」
