Just could use a free breakfast instead of the buffet as it’s the same thing that you get for free at other hotels and water in the pool needs to be warmer

We enjoyed at our stay at the 4 Points by Sheraton. The indoor pool was so fun for our whole family. It was large and clean and warm. We had a room that went out straight to pool which was convenient. The location was great as well, close to all the hot spots we wanted to hit up on our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Availability of hot shower water was abysmal, room safe was broken, musty smell and damp carpeting near air conditioner. The small restaurant/bar was excellent along with the staff, pools and gym were lovely.

Everything was good. My only issue is what they charge for the buffet breakfast vs what you get. I think improvements are needed

We typically stay here when we visit because we go in the off season and there are a very limited number of hotels that stay open in the off season. Unfortunately, the mattresses have not been replaced in far too long! They’re soft, lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable. My husband and I have both had back surgeries so we have a firm mattress at home. These are about as far from firm as you can get. It’s like trying to sleep on a lumpy marshmallow. This is one of the most expensive hotels on all of Cape Cod, at nearly $400 a night in peak season and around $200 a night in the off season. The least they could do is replace their mattresses in a timely manner. We’re going to stay here one more time, if the mattresses are the same, we won’t be staying here and we are definitely never going to recommend it to anyone again.

The pool was nice but cracked paint and aged furniture detracts from the stay. Rugs in room and halls were pretty gross. We also did not get our room cleaned between nights which was a turn off.
