「This place was perfect for my friend and I’s little girls weekend getaway! For reference we are both 24 year olds. It was the perfect walkable distance to the main street where there are several shops and restaurants and directly right next to the beach! Super clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend staying here!!」

「The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel.」

「The place has it all: dog friendly, semi-private beach, small grass areas beachside for when you don’t want sand everywhere, pool, poolside bar/cafe, outdoor private patios and balconies. Staff was extremely warm and friendly. Was the perfect place for a surprise engagement weekend for my lady and our pup.」

「We are avid Cape visitors. For years we've been trying to find that one hotel that exceeds our expectations. And each year, we are disappointed for one reason or another. Not this year! Pelham House is not only beautiful but the grounds were wonderfully maintained and the room was pristine. Waking up in a comfortable bed, able to brew a hot cup of coffee and walk just 15 feet to the private beach was incredibly peaceful, which for us work horses, we desperately need. The room was clean. Yes!...

Located in great proximity to both the center of Chatham and to nearby beaches. Can’t wait to return for more than just one night!」
