「I transferred to By The Bay had suite 1A. It was lovely. Lousy weather room had full fridge gas cooking well stocked with dishes pans bed excellent firm bedding lovely. 」

「Everything about this property was great. Booking through Expedia was easy but was surprised by the hidden extra fees. On Expedia there is a “property” fee. When you check in there is also a 10% “resort” fee that the 10% is from the total price taxes and all not just the room price that Expedia doesn’t know of . So when booking at this property be aware that the price will basically double from the listed price. 」

「Well priced clean rooms and a very friendly and helpful staf. We learned before we checked out they are currently upgrading the rooms with adjustable beds to add to the comfort level. 」

「From check in to check out Jay was phenomenally hospitable. It was a lovely and safe solo stay with my dog. Breakfast was punctual, the room was comfortable and clean, and my dog had everything she needed. While some things were closed for the season, it was still an enjoyable stay. The comfort room in particular was very relaxing. I would definitely choose this resort for future stays in the Cape and recommend it to others.」

「Charlene and Eric were amazing hosts! The breakfast is to die for. If they have blueberry pancakes on the menu during your stay, they are a must try! 」

「It is what it is. The hotel / motel is older. The towels need to be replaced ASAP definitely was not a fan of that and the rooms just need a refresh. The cost is what it is. Loved that they were so friendly and welcoming. Customer service was great just need a renovation o that way you feel like you can relax in the space. 」

「Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason. Shower definitely needs to be cleaned...

「We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.」
