Love our stay! Top notch all around. The room was perfect and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a show stopper! We also appreciated the refreshment bar outside our room, the wonderful pool, and the location.
Loved it! Was only there for one night and wish I could've stayed longer! My flight was delayed and I got in very late and was nervous for a late check in, but the inn keeper stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Breakfast was wonderful and as a solo female traveler I felt relaxed and safe!
It was a beautiful stay that truly felt like vacation. We loved our main inn room, the amenities, and the mid-cape location, perfect for exploring all parts of Cape Cod. Breakfast was on point. Dinner at the resort and walking the beach at sunset was perfect. Kudos to the staff- everyone at both property locations were welcoming. The Charm staff -reception, breakfast staff, room cleaner-excellent in service and kindness. We will return at a future date someday-perhaps in the fall. Highly recommended for a couples or girlfriend’s getaway.
The room and bathrooms were immaculate. I was worried about a shared bathroom but didn’t run into anyone once and didn’t need to wait to use it. I was solo traveling for a wedding and this was the only affordable option. I recommend it! Only thing is I wish the person at the front desk gave me more of a tour - she didn’t share anything about WiFi, breakfast, or other amenities. I had to ask.
The room was one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever been in. A double bed (for two people)against the wall so one person had to climb over the other to get in and out of the bed. It was truly ridiculous. Also I wasn’t aware at time of booking that the room had a shared bathroom with other rooms. It was clostrophobic. Not worth the price point. Other than the room situation, the hotel(inn) itself was very nice and well decorated. The breakfast that was included was also very nice.
Wonderful stay, such a charming place. Be sure the kind of room you booking. They disclose all the details about the bathrooms and the size of the rooms. This is a restoration of an old building, beautifully done but comes with some limitations. Just be aware of that.
We had an amazing experience.
The Charm is a spectacular Inn. Everything was beautiful, everything!
My only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was SO noisy. It made it difficult to get a full night sleep. Don't let it deter you from staying because I am sure they will replace it with a newer quiet model that also runs in a cost efficient manner. Other than the noisy a/c unit I would stay again.
Overall great stay. The room was smaller than expected but still clean and cozy. The breakfast had fresh and quality baked goods and fruit, however, the only savory option available was smoked salmon (delicious! but personally I'm not a sweet person so the option was limited). The amenities were great. Would have loved a little more introduction/tour around the property at check-in.

Cute place. Love the decor in the main house and room. Nice that they had water and snacks available at any time. Loved spending time on the big porch and in the rocking chairs.
Expect irregularities on the rooms. Know what to ask and don't take anything for granted. Don't even assume you have a bathroom in your room... And don't assume the room is not tiny . Or that the AC is not located near your head, humming and blowing wind straight on your face when you go to sleep (see picture). The building was not built to be hotel and was renovated. As a result, some rooms don't have bathroom and shower in them, and you have to share it with the other rooms around. This is definitely not a feature you can expect from hotels with such a price mark.
We received a tiny room, very simple to open a suitcase. The room had an improvised AC located just next to the bed head. Imagine trying to sleep with the wind blowing directly into your head from a distance of 3 inches...
We complained and the room was changed but the first night was horrible. The new room was perfect though!
