「Fabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet so we all slept well. It is,in easy walking distance for Albert Dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Palm Court bar area is stunningand the cocktails are superb. The hotel obviously focuses on Customer Service as every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. 「Really like this property and have stayed here multiple times now. Like the feel of the hotel, the staff and also the area. I usually choose this over closer options to where i am going the following day as i know it pretty well and exactly what i am going to get. Have previously reviewed through other sites and still remains a 10/10 for me. Eddie is always a great help and good to catch up with him, he remembered my son's milk allergy on sight.
