「The cost for this place was over priced for the accommodations. Breakfast was nothing to talk about the whirlpool was load when draining and could here other filling theirs.」

「Room was decently clean, brown stuff on the walls and furniture was very rough looking. Staff was friendly in the morning but night staff was hard to find and get in touch with.」

「It was the cleanest hotel we have been in and we usually stay in 3 and 4 star hotels. The owners are very hospitable. The grounds are very well kept. I will recommend to my friends and family.」

「Room was not easy to get to and it was 0 degrees out …1st they put me out in a building where the property was a sheet of ice so I asked to be moved to the main building since I was by myself. Fortunately, they moved me, but the room was confusing to get to. :-( The pool was closed for maintenance, and I was planning to swim. :-( The room was great, clean and a comfortable bed, so I would stay again, but I would request staying closer to the lobby next time.」

「This was perfect for my quick get away. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and the appropriate amenities. I had a slight problem with the HVAC but their on site maintenance staff had it taken care of very quickly. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice as well as the restaurant and lounge. This will be my regular place to stay when I go to the Cape from now on. 」

「Great room - Clean and comfortable with a view of the Ocean and could see sunrise from the bed or balcony. Beach access and covered / heated swimming pool were great and very convenient! Calm beach - hardly any waves / lot of shells. Room had 2 TVs - one with cable channels and streaming services and other with a VHS and DVD Player! They had a good collection of VHS and DVD too!
