「Please please don’t stay here. The service right away was terrible at the front desk. I arrived was greeted rudely by the staff. I tried to keep it positive. I asked if we could have 2 beds instead of one and she said no because she can’t change anything booked through a 3rd party. I was disappointed. She then offered to show me the room with the queen. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very kind in making recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and gave us a wonderful room with a view of the waterfront. Parking was easy, and the property was clean. Once in the room, it had all of the features expected, in room coffee, fridge, safe, plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. The TV had so many channels that it was challenging to keep track of all the options. 「Fist time in Cape Cod and staying at this hotel was a good Choice. It was central to getting around. Staff was nice and hot breakfast every morning was great. Only drawback was the construction on the second floor and one of the elevators kept holding people hostage that it was finally taken out of commission- which left only one elevator.
