「Very nice stay」

「Super helpful staff and management and good value for a very well maintained and clean hotel with many amenities. I really enjoyed the fire pits overlooking the bay, the hot tub and sauna, plus the whirlpool bath ensuite (available in some deluxe King rooms).」

「I would suggest upgrading the WIFI. It wasn’t user friendly. Other than that it was clean, very well maintained, and the gentleman that owned it was very accommodating.」

「Pool, Hot tub and staff were all great. I just had a hard time with the musty, mildewy smell in the room. Maybe it needed aired out? Maybe there was some mold around the AC unit? If that is addressed, Freebird would be a great place to spend the weekend on Cape Cod.」

「The room was very clean. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. Even though there are only two floors, let people know there is no elevator. As senior citizens it was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage etc up the flight of stairs and then back down again.」

「The motel is located right next to a golf course. The surroundings are really beautiful. The staff was very caring and genuinely friendly The rooms are very basic. No frills here. Newly purchased, i would expect it will receive a lot of freshening up and upgrading. Really clean and comfortable. For the price of the rooms, you will not go wrong. I highly recommend The Blue Rock. And wish the new owners and their families the best of luck and blessings.」

「The first night was not quiet, because my neighbors were very noisy but nobody intervened to quiet them . Beside that, everything was perfectly good.」

「Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great every day, dining area well maintained. Rooms need some serious work, they are very outdated and poorly maintained, although clean enough. Bring your own pillow if you plan to stay, beds are uncomfortable. Back ache every morning. They are trying to improve the outside and there are fun activities with equipment provided.」

「Paper plates and plastic utensils given at the breakfast. What a shame Hilton. I cut my bacon into the table through the paper plate. It felt disgusting. Then, we had to return 1 day earlier to NY due to a wind and rain storm. The reception clerk told us talk to Expedia and they will sort things out making us believe we will get refunded for 1 night. Called Expedia, they called the hotel, the hotel said no refund. So why make us go through the process if you knew we won't get refunded. Be honest...

「We really enjoyed the fire pit and views in the evening. Location was great. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was convenient for mornings we were on a schedule. Bathroom was small, but we would definitely stay there again.」

「This was my second stay at this delightful harbor hotel/motel and I will def be back. The owners and the staff are so kind and accomodating. They put me in my requested room, which affords for a lot of privacy, and helped me with laundry. I love walking around the harbor in the mornings and evenings, and it is close to many great restaurants, the beaches, and everything you need. Highly recommended.」

「I love the hotel decor, very beautiful. Love the spacious room, plenty counter top. Large and beautiful bathroom with heavy shower head. Bed comfort not bad. Did not like the breakfast choices, breakfast eating area was congested, too many tables and chairs. Overall hotel is very clean and quiet atmosphere. Love the area, walking distance to the mall and other shops. I would definitely stay again if in the area.」

「The ceiling in the bathroom kept leaking over the toilet area at least twice during our four nights stay. Management did work on it the first time, but then it happened a second time on the day we were checking out. They’re compensation was $30!」
