「Lovely property in a quiet area of Cape Cod. A few shops within walking distance and a twenty minute drive from the shops of Chatham. Nice grounds. The floor of the room was a bit grimy.」

「Office manager was pleasant, and our stay sufficed for a weekend when we would not be spending much time there. It is an older motel type property, but that was fine. The sheets and towels were clean. However, the outlet next to the sink was not up to date by code with a security shut off if wet, a ceiling panel over the tub was hanging, the caulking around the tub was black with mold, and the door was covered with dirty prints on the inside. These are all things that could be remedied easily...

「The first day when we entered the room we noticed the the toilet was dirty, we talked with the front desk and they sent someone to clean, quit disappointing for the first day… the third day they did not clean the room and when we called the front desk they told us that they don’t have to, even in the rules of the resort is clearly written that is a part of the service they are supposed to provide. Bottom line the behavior of the front desk and the room cleanliness make not a good impression. We...
