「For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years,multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room. I had asked for one singular extra towel as we had to use our room towels for the pool...

「Staff were excellent! Room was okay but there was sand on the floor… it was like the room was not vacuumed between guests. Great location- close to the downtown but quiet.」

「Bathroom was small. Little space to put anything in. Old fashioned. Room smaller than others we stayed in. Ice buckets but no ice except from the manager. We have had better at red horse inn.」

「The grounds were nice and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but satisfactory. No closet to hang clothing and coats, only a rack with a couple of wooden hangers that clothing shared with the ironing board. Bathroom exhaust fan was not sufficient to clear steam from the room during even a short shower. Most significant issue with the room was the presence of carpenter ants, which were most prolific in the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures were worn and tired overall, though...

「The room was alright at best. The fridge was dirty, the sheet and comforter had stains on them, the shower curtain had that black mold stain at the bottom, and the base of the toilet clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. Not to mention the sink had shaved hair all in the knobs. Oh and the staff did not come into the room at all, not even to do the ‘daily housekeeping’ as advertised. There was no door tag to say don’t come in, so unsure why there was no housekeeping done. Maybe I had to...
