「Our room smelled horrible when we arrived. When I went to the front desk to ask to switch to another room, the front desk person said the property managers stated we’d need to pay for a room switch. The staff was very cold and unapologetic. All-around customer service was horrible. I will never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it.」

The comforter which are reused did not have covers, they are covered with only two bed sheets which came off the moment my daughter's turned over. The remote was sticky and filthy. It was so bad i had to drive to cvs to buy disenfecting wipes. Breakfast staff were amazing though. Very pleasant and responsive. Front desk not so much. We were there 2 nights. On our check out day, we asked to use beach...
