「hotel is near the subway and some visiting spots. people there were very friendly and helpful, and remembered the guest 's name. rooms are clean and neat, the bed is very awesome.」

I had attended to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the staff was very friendly and assisted me with booking the amenities to surprise my wife. The hotel and the room was very clean and well kept. 「Huge shower, big TV, hooked up my Crave and put The Sopranos on. Easy check in, no key cards to keep track of, just 1 code for all the doors. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy. 2 minute walk to the Horseshoe. Can’t beat that. Lot of stairs though. There is one service elevator, but apparently it is only operational 8am - 8pm. (Sign posted on Elevator, did not ask anyone about it.) 」
