「Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — especially Eduardo, who greeted us with a smile from the moment we checked in late at night until our last evening. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or personal requests were handled with genuine care and attention. 「No ocean view. Our room view was of the parking area and approach to the hotel reception. Also view of the road to the beach. So a lot of people watching, if you are so inclined. The walk in shower was large enough to hold a family. The gardens are lovely for having a walk. The food selection was great and delicious. 」

「We booked Rickaty Lodge due to a change in our flight details which meant an additional day in Gran Canaria. The hosts are friendly and the room very clean. We were able to get a transfer form the Lodge to our hotel in Maspalomas with one of the hosts which was very comfortable and convenient. 」

「酒店就在高速路边上，紧挨着一家大型购物中心，有家乐福超市和餐馆。机场到酒店车程约10分钟，提前联系，在指定时间内有机场的免费班车。前台弄错了我们第二天去机场的班车时间，主动出钱叫了出租车，车资约17欧元。自助早餐很丰盛，有英式早餐。」
