"When I visit Ottawa with my family, I always stay here. I cannot say enough about the staff, facilities (gym and pool), location, and price. The hotel is spotless and well maintained even if it is an older property. I stay at this hotel with my family about twice a year. Because of the kitchen, I do not have to worry about feeding my hungry teens. I can cook them a good meal."

"The hotel & stay was good, However, one the website it listed "Parking is available!" What it did not say was that we had to go a couple of blocks away & Pay for Parking!! The parking area was also in a seedy area & no one watching the Parking lot! The hotel only has a minimum amount of parking & it was Full when we arrived. Hotel & Room was good, But Would probably Not go there again due to the Parking issue!"
