"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

Ate in the brasserie one evening food was good but the battered fish, whilst plentiful, was maybe a bit “soggy”. "The property was easy to find. Parking was easy. Got a friendly welcome. Breakfast was ready before time which was really helpful as we had to leave quickly. "We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The staff were so helpful and polite, they took fantastic care of us. The hotel and surrounding area were beautiful and well kept, the rooms were comfortable with plenty of space and accessible showers. Breakfast was included with the stay and was a delicious buffet, and dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. When we return to Windermere we will absolutely be coming back to stay here again. "

Would have preferred TV opposite the bed (not a picture of Polo players ?? ) Only had a bar meal which wasn’t great. Did not use the other restaurant as took advantage of fine weather and dined out in Bowness Lovely outside chill out area plenty of seating all the staff were lovely and very helpful. Shame the music aimed at 30- 40 plus (young professionals) which was fine but some a bit repetitive. Am sure a residential piano/keyboard/ saxophone player would add to the ambience of this hotel. Excellent distance to walk into Bowness Really enjoyable stay"
