「The front desk staff were very friendly. The room offered bigger space than expectations. The whole experience would be better if there is an available free parking lot.」

「The room was not cleaned very well but acceptable when we checked in. That night there was so much noise and it was after quiet hours. Same thing around 6-7 in the morning. We left for the day and were very disappointed when we saw that our room was never cleaned, beds not made, no clean towels.」

「Very nice room and staff」

「It was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful」

「位置好，步行距离去滑雪，免费停车，免费早餐，入退房快捷方便。房间有放雪具的地方。房间没有热水，洗漱用品和拖鞋，记得自带。」

「Everything about the stay was adequate and unremarkable.」

「The hallways are cold on the main floor that connects to Eisenhower Hotel because the heaters were turned off. It felt like being outside with no coat. Room 616 is haunted. The bed next to the bathroom shook & I felt movement on the bed when I sat on the side where the night stand is & at the foot of the bed.」
