I thought your bistro was way too expensive. I can't justify $6.00 for a bagel. Ididn't think the bathroom was as clean as it should have been. There was a ring of dirt around the tile going up the wall. The water was too hard to turn on and the tub did not drain properly. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well.

it was an okay stay. I wanted to be at a "nicer" hotel with better amenities than my usual when I visit the Hanover area. The room was nice, the fridge was not very cold and the AC went out our last morning there.

The room was very nice however when we walked out in the morning on one of our days there we noticed that the garbage was just overflowing and that’s something that should be emptied not just twice a day, but continually throughout the day. The other thing that I didn’t care for was the fact that You didn’t even serve coffee throughout the day now I’m not looking for free coffee. I was willing to pay for it. The machine was right there, but because I didn’t make it at 10 o’clock there was no coffee to be served. And lastly, the rooms were just very dark just not enough light in the rooms. I can live without the coffee that wasn’t a big deal and the garbage pails will be run in my room. It just made the hallways of the hotel look a little messy, but I think I would’ve preferred a little bit more light in the rooms.

Room was great. It was cold as soon as I arrived. The desk leg was wobbly so I let the front desk know and they sent someone up immediately to fix it so I could work. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked 2 king rooms. The hotel was not full. One of the rooms given to me was a handicapped room. Absolutely not what I wanted but we were all very tired after driving for 9 hours. The front desk couldn’t accept credit cards due to some technical issue. I didn’t want to cause a scene but definitely disappointed- especially if a handicapped individual came and needed this room. Very poor attention to details.

To Whom it May Concern,
My husband and I were Very disappointed with this hotel. We always stay at Marriott hotels. It’s the one hotel I am guaranteed a comfortable firm mattress. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case after many years of a satisfied stay. I had to either sleep in the very center of the mattress or lie across the bottom of the bed. I am only 100 lbs and I was sinking into the mattress. Thank goodness there was a pullout couch for my husband to sleep on. The room was also the smallest room I have ever had in a Marriott. The shower had the cheapest plastic shower curtain that felt terrible when it occasionally touched my skin. I am disabled and it would have been too much for my husband to move all my required medical equipment and comforts from home to another room. If we had booked through Marriott rather than Expedia they would have remedied the situation. In the future I will always book directly through Marriott. If there is any way you can offer us a refund or points “credit” for this uncomfortable experience we would greatly appreciate your assistance.
