「Very loud very early in our room (126) three straight mornings. Lots of booming footsteps at 6:30-7:00 AM; I'm not sure if it was housekeeping or boisterous guests (each day we stayed there were busses parked in the parking lot, so this is obviously a popular choice for large groups of kids). 「We stayed in the Kentucky Room of the Welty house for 3 nights in June 2026. We arrived about 845pm. There was no parking, but when I contacted the help line, they were able to direct me to legal (and free) parking nearby to unload. Parking was not an issue the rest of our stay. The grab and go breakfast was ok. The coffee available is all K cups, so again ok. They did have a wide selection of flavors including teas for the Keurig machine. 「Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out.
