The room was very clean. Ample breakfast was provided, although it was heavy on the sweets. The staff, overall, was friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is that they only clean the room, empty the trash and change the towels after four nights.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Comfort Inn in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Gettysburg and the surrounding historic sites. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get to the battlefield, visitor center, restaurants, and other attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added convenience, and overall we felt the hotel offered good value for the price. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return the next time we visit Gettysburg. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. The AC not so good got a little warm and it was raining so the Tv kept losing signal. Also we was going to swim but the pool smelled over chlorinated and the pump wasn’t running so there was a film on top of the water I wasn’t trusting it definitely need to maintain that better just saying. If you’re looking for somewhere to rest cheap it’s a good spot. Fix AC and Pool tho

The reason for my low rating is their terrible housekeeping. One of the pillows had black stains/marks all over the pillow. In addition the room had a lingering musty odor that hit us as soon as we stepped into the room, and it didn't get any better during our stay. Moreover, the bathroom door lock didn't work either. The lady who checked us in was as rude as possible. However, breakfast was excellent.

The suite was very nice and roomy and the bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing and the pool is super small. The location is not within walking distance of restaurants and shops unless you're fairly fit and want to walk a half mile up hill to get there. The map placement is a little off on Expedia. It wasn't perfection but it was nice and we had a great weekend in the area.

After signing an affidavit that I would not smoke in the hotel room I opened the door to a room smelling like marijuana smoke. My kids found blood on the shower wall and there was clearly mold on the grout. The breakfast was awful, the fried eggs were literally hard and the sausage was not edible. It was honestly the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get it’s a comfort suites but come on, do better.

I had asked for a handicapped room, preferably on the first floor. Or at least I thought… What I got was a third floor room, NEXT to a handicapped room. Staff seemed to think that the “very nice” room was just as good as what I asked for. Unfortunately no one thought to ask me… I am a disabled veteran who can’t use a regular bathroom and shower. I got into the bathtub (no seat, non slip stickers & one metal bar on the wrong side.) To make it short, I was unable to physically get out. I was stuck until I was able to get assistance to climb out. A bath seat or more hand grasps would have made this unnecessary. Getting the handicapped room I had thought I’d agreed to would have made it much more pleasant, but when you’re hurting & tired standing at the desk with others waiting, what are you going to do? I could have caused a scene and make everyone else in line wait even longer, but I was in too much physical pain & my meds were inaccessible at the desk. The desk person seemed to be able to say was that my reservation was made through a credit card on Expedia & he couldn’t help me. So much for Comfort hospitality. He seemed relieved to get rid of me. Other things were less than stellar. Breakfast was ok, but after having the same rubbery eggs 3 days in row, menu never changed & we decided to eat elsewhere. Finally, it was ridiculous that the building has 4 floors & 1 elevator. Getting up or down was another nightmare & the thought of AWD disabled using the stairs was laughable

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Great view of the cemetery from room, if your into that sort of thing. Could have a better selection for breakfast, but otherwise my stay was nice.
