"This hotel is brilliant: just steps from the train station and tram stops, two grocery stores and eating places. We stayed in a real neighbourhood of friendly people. The view of the vicinity particularly in a golden November was priceless. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was friendly and prompt. The only trouble we had was with the bed which had one side flushed against the wall, making it difficult for the one on the side of the wall to get in and out of bed. "

"Unlike many short term rental flats in the area, our flat at TheGraf was modern, clean, and immaculately presented. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option, but I do understand why that may be the case given there are no staff on site - independent contractors likely need to clean all flats over a short period between check-out and check-in instead. Overall had a great stay at TheGraf."

"Really horrible hotel. Cheap feeling room, grubby, bare minimum, brothel vibes, wipe clean surfaces, fridge randomly planted in room, unmanned reception a lot of the time, really noisy at night. Overall awful, cheap but you can get a much nicer place for a bit more and central too"
