The staff were incredibly nice and the space is well maintained. I misread the description to realize it was shared washrooms and showers. For that reason I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel didn't respond when I told them I might be late for check-in. They did not leave a note or the room key. They then canceled my reservation without giving any reason. The guy was very dishonest and rude.

L’hôtel est bien lorsqu’on est de passage, mais la rue autour est bruyante et la salle de bain partagée non indiquer la gênée. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils

Trotzdem dass ich schon bezahlt hatte , habe ich das Etablissement sofort verlassen. ist wie eine Seemansabsteige. Zimmer ohne Bad etc... absolutes non go.Hier kann kein normaer mensch nächtigen!

Ich konnte in dem Bett leider nicht gut schlafen, fand es war schon recht durchgelegen... Sonst ist es nett da, geeignet um günstig eine Nacht zu verbringen.

War alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Arbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Einer der Mitarbeitenden hat mir sogar kurz vor Mitternacht Geld gewechselt, weil keine Bank offen war. Als ich nach einer Wegbeschreibung gefragt habe, hat er auf seinem Handy den günstigsten und schnellsten Weg für uns gesucht. Alles in allem super coole Leute. Wenn ich wiedermal nach Berlin komme weiss ich in welches Hotel. Es gibt nichts nichts negatives was ich sagen könnte. Danke an das Personal :) Lg Jeff

Best one day stay of my life!

If you have *any* reason whatsoever to be in Berlin, Amaya Motel is perfect for you. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location cannot be beat. It’s within easy walking distance of both the S-Bahn and the U-Bahn, with restaurants and grocery stores of all kinds just around the corner!

No one worked there. I had to call 3 times to get in, even though I had let them know about my arrival time ahead of time. There was music playing all night from the reception (where no one worked) making it impossible to sleep. The blinds didn't work, the street was heard all night and the room felt damp and cold.

Dreckiges Motel

Bettlaken ist dreckig gewesen Doppelzimmer gebucht aber zwei Einzelbetten zum geschoben. Einzelbad gebucht aber dann doch Gemeinschaftbad und um ein eigenes Bad zu bekommen noch 24 Euro da zu bezahlen. Personal war nett aber wie 13 Jahre alt. Keine 5 min in Zimmer gewesen und mussten 11 Euro bezahlen . Wir haben da nicht übernachtet weil es dreckig war wollen unser Geld zurück haben!
