You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no...

"Ich hatte ein Raucherzimmer...zumindest das einzige Zimmer ohne Nichtrauchersymbol an der Tür und so roch es auch... Die Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe - es lage eine dünne Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und man kam sich vor, wie im Treibsand. Habe die dünne Matratze dann mitten in der Nacht runtergezerrt und da war dann ein riesen Fleck auf der Boxspringmatratze...super. Die Nacht hab ich jedenfalls so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Nie wieder!"
