This hotel was very quiet and spotlessly clean. The small kitchen area was well equipped. It is just 3 minutes walk to the train / S banh interchange that takes you into Berlin city centre and also to the airport. There are multiple lovely places to eat within walking distance. Special thanks to Lyn at reception who was very very helpful.

I am a frequent guest and it's a good clean basic hotel. However this time I asked in advance if they can place me in a room next to my friends and they assured that they placed us all in the same area. However all my friends were on the fourth floor and I was on the second floor. No biggie but don't say you've done something when you didn't.

Very modern property in a great location just a few minutes walk from Ostkreuz station which has direct trains both to the airport and the city centre. There’s also a nice lake very close by which seemed good to walk around. Friendly and helpful staff who let me check in a bit earlier than the official time so I could drop off my bag and go sightseeing. The hotel is quiet and I got a very good night’s sleep. Facilities in the room were fine for what I needed on a city break - it included a small kitchenette which I didn’t use but would be helpful for people on longer stays I guess. Great price paid too. I’d definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Ostkreuz is an extremely accessible station, you can find every connection and it's so close to the city center and the airport. The apartment had everything that we needed, it was clean and the structure was so good as well! The staff was very nice and we liked the place so much.

the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and ready early. The location was convenient, a bit off center but very near a s-bahn station that got us everywhere we needed, the only downside is the noise from said station is very loud and prevented us from keeping the window open at night.
